Your Responsibilities: Manage the supplier Prequalification process, coordinating with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, EPC subcontractors, consultants, and service providers across project phases.Conduct accurate analyses and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, EPC subcontractors, and service providers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.Be the point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants during the Tender process and contract negotiation.Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders, and payment requests.Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable degree.Experience in Procurement, Project management or Subcontractor management showcasing expertise in working with subcontractors, consultants, and related stakeholders, ideally in the renewable energy industry.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.Our Workplace: In Madrid, our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
