Excellent opportunity to join a very successful tech business based in Madrid.
Position: Investment / M&A ManagerWe are currently working with a private equity backed technology business that is already very successful and has an excellent position in their target market. The business is very acquisitive and is now looking to add an Investment / M&A Manager to their Madrid team.
The role will support origination and investment activities in Spain and other countries as part of their expansion strategy.
Responsibilities:Developing relationships to originate leads and support deal execution.Analysing potential investment opportunities supporting all stages of their investment processes.Collaborating with key internal stakeholders across all corporate functions and business units to earn a deep understanding of their business and levers for value creation in the tech sector.Actively contributing to team management activities and the professional development of the junior M&A team.Qualifications:6+ years of relevant working experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or established venture capital firm.Excellent deal sheet.Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a goal-oriented manner, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to a collaborative, friendly working environment.Outstanding analytical skills and detail-oriented attitude.About the Company:Greenwich Partners
