ADP provides payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. To provide the best service, one must have a large number of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users who execute the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security, Taxes, etc.
The Implementation area is responsible for the technical configuration of the tools in order to be able to process Payroll and HR services to our clients.
Role Objective: The Implementation Application Specialist works very closely with the Implementation Consultant and is responsible for the configuration required by the client, based on their requirements analysis. Provides a technical solution and feasibility to the client's requirements at a technical level; is also responsible for resolving technical incidents that may arise throughout the Implementation project until Transition to Service and until the transition to the technical support team in Service.
Responsibilities: Review the requirements gathering documents (Blueprint), provided by the Consultant, with the goal of assessing complexity and time dedication.
Responsible for setting up the payroll engine following the requirements gathering document.
Responsible for initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine.
Responsible for making corrections, updates or new configurations that may appear during the U.A.T phase.
Direct involvement in identifying new improvements, document it and request standard configurations or new developments to the R&D department.
Proactively able to analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution after root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements.
Write technical documentation.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in programming (Java, .Net, C+, Cobol, etc.), experienced in implementing Payroll Software (e.g., Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.). Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications/programs.
