Primary Responsibilities and Activities : Responsible for the management of Service part's master data assets & reporting in ALIAS system, from initial creation through final elimination, in order to improve and maintain timeliness and quality of SAP master data.
Recognized as an expert when representing master data initiatives to others within the company.
Guide actions to ensure the continuous improvement of business results through the implementation, ongoing use and management of standardized Master Data processes and tools.
Primary Work Arrangements : Manage Data reconciliation (including stock) & Spain Regional Distribution Centre (SRDC) master data maintenance Establish procedures for the creation, collection, maintenance, of the master data.
Provide reporting coupled with suggested actions to leaders whose teams provide master data inputs, to reduce data quality issues, non-value record maintenance, and process deviation.
Monitoring ALIAS system changes and reported issues Support inventory planning activities and reporting, including SRDC KPI reporting Root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures Support demand planning & ordering to our central warehouse in Amsterdam New model introduction support Cross functional activity/projects (Systems/Quality/Warehouse/Catalogue) Experience : 1 year of hands-on experience as a business or technical user of a large ERP system / 1 year of Logistic experience Experience with SAP MM (ECC) is mandatory; and SAP SPP (SCM) preferable Experience in Demand and Inventory plannings/parts procurement Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, or similar field of study preferred Knowledge of supply chain elements and preferable experience in parts procurement Project management experience leading cross-functional projects.
Experience with defining, writing and implementing business processes and data standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is an advantage Good analytical and problem solving skills Able to work independently, adapting as necessary in a change-oriented culture with multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure.
Required Knowledge and Skills : Have good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint proficient to 'developer' level.
Strong analytical abilities with experience extracting data and developing reports in an ERP environment, analysing and manipulating large datasets.
