Be part of the Sustainability for Innovation Team:Plan and execute intricate EU projects, collaborating with international partners to achieve project objectives and deliverables.Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary EU entities, such as universities, technology centers, and industries.Conduct rigorous life cycle assessments studies (environmental, economic, and social) of products and systems in the field of renewable energy and energy storage solutions.Monitor technological innovations in renewable energy and energy storage solutions.Propose solutions and improvements based on the outcomes of life cycle analysis, contributing to the adoption of more sustainable and efficient practices.Scientific dissemination of results and attendance to conferences, meetings, and other scientific events.Preparation of technical reports, presentations, scientific articles, and other documents related to research outcomes.Education:Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.Proven experience in conducting life cycle assessments, techno-economic analysis, and exergoeconomic analysis, with a focus on renewable energy systems and energy storage solutions.Familiarity with energy and environmental research areas, specifically energy efficiency, chemical looping processes, hydrogen, biomass-based fuels, etc.Familiarity with social analysis in the context of sustainability.Knowledge of the eco-design concept.Experience using LCA software such as SimaPro and/or GaBi.Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Knowledge of the different R&D calls (National and European) mainly in the Horizon Europe Program.Understanding of experimental/industrial results.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Available to travel, driving license, and own car.
