Job Description: Several positions have arisen as an Aircraft B1 or B2 Maintenance Technician in Seville for the A400M Retrofit & Heavy Maintenance Department and A400M MRO Network. Work is based in San Pablo (Sevilla) and normally involves double shifts. Working as LMA part of Airbus Defence & Space, the role includes the performance and certification of tasks, including supervision and certification of unlicensed mechanics' tasks. These positions could offer you the opportunity to travel, live, and work under different cultures. A security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Execution of modification embodiment or repair working party, managing complex, high-value, and cross-functional projects compliant with EASA/FAR Part 145 airworthiness regulation.Conduct upgrades embodiment activities on external customer aircraft.Perform major and complex repair projects.Perform and certify both scheduled and unscheduled tasks previously agreed with the customer by Customer Services.Planned maintenance, SB coming from modifications not performed at Final Assembly Line or appearing after the delivery of the A/C, and support requested by the Customer for various repairs or maintenance tasks.Skills and Experience:EASA or EMAR Part 66 License B1 and/or B2 (Type rating included is a plus).Experience in MRO and/or retrofit is desirable.Experience working according to SSBB and AMM documentation.Mechanical and structural repair skills.Bite test, functional test, and troubleshooting skills.Perform checks, inspections, removal and installation of components, and system adjustment.Study technical manuals and engineering drawings.Provide assistance to aircraft technicians and mechanics on various tasks.Remove and disassemble defective parts of the aircraft.Experience as a team manager.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Independent user in English and Spanish.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Defence and Space SAUContract Type: Fixed-term Contract / CDD / Befristet / Contrato de duración limitadaExperience Level: Entry Level / Débutant / Anfänger / Recién tituladoJob Family: Flight line.
