Be the trusted partner for the Area leads, Tribe leads and Chapter Area leads.
Guide the transformation of a product area end-to-end, from first interaction with area lead to the handover to area transformation team.
Co-create area agile transformation roadmap towards self-sustaining organization (together with area transformation team), including high level estimates on timing, targets and metrics.
Developing the agile mindset and capabilities of the organization (training, coaching, challenge on agile value & principles).
Challenge the transformation story, structures, and processes of existing product areas, execute baseline assessments and perform gap analysis with the Agile mindset as reference.
Be the sparring partner for other agile roles: product owners, scrum master, chapter leaders.
Facilitate the definition of the transformation story of a new product area, including purpose and desired state.
Facilitate workshops e.g., value stream mapping, area and tribe setup.
Help design and build for scale within product area.
Help facilitate scaled ceremonies e.g., big room planning, big room review, Quarterly Business Reviews.
Support the setup of centre of excellence and community of practices within the product area.
Create an environment where we can keep innovating our products and processes through empowered cross functional teams.
Requisitos:Skills: 5+ years of experience in an agile context e.g. in the role of agile coach, senior scrum master or agile consultant.Minimum of 2 years' experience being integral part of a scaled agile organization as agile coach, release training engineer or scrum master.Experience in working with the Spotify model, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) is a big plus.You have experience in coaching middle and senior management in agile mindset & behaviour.You have one or more of these certifications: psm-2, pspo-2, a-csm, a-cspo, a-csd, management 3.0, PAL-E, SAFe, Spotify model, LeSS, Kanban, DevOps, Lean from well-known institutes.You are courageous to confront people on all levels in a respectful manner and can make people enthusiastic.You can connect people and have good stakeholder management and communication skills towards senior management and executives.You have experience with the Liberating Structures and facilitating various workshops including value stream mapping, customer journeys, agile guilds, agile community of practices.Other recommended skills: customer centric, storytelling, consultancy skills, emotional intelligence, conflict handling, analytical skills.Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Miro.Fluent in English language both spoken and written.Ability to travel.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.High levels of empathy and the ability to understand and address the needs and concerns of team members.A collaborative mindset, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and respect.Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.Se ofrece: Porque sabemos lo que necesitas: facilidades para ti, flexibilidad para tu tiempo. ¡No todo va a ser trabajo!
