As such, we are growing our teams in our target geographies, in particular our teams in Malaga. In support of this we are seeking a Programme Manager in Malaga. This person will also take on additional responsibilities as Regional Site Lead for Malaga.You will be responsible for- As Programme Manager, running a programme or portfolio of client projects for clients within EMEA.- As Regional Site Lead (Malaga), fostering a positive work environment through embodying of Quantexa values as the regional ambassador.Our EMEA delivery team supports our clients and partners with their implementation of the Quantexa platform from EMEA. The team is based in three primary offices in London, Malaga and Brussels. Frequently these client teams are globally distributed based upon our clients' global nature. All client project work takes place under the guidance of one of our Delivery Managers in EMEA. Our smaller projects will have a Technical Project Manager assigned. Larger programmes or portfolios of projects will be assigned a Programme Manager.Our projects all follow agile principles and structure. As our projects increase in size and complexity we are adopting "agile at scale" methodology to co-ordinate and describe the interactions between multiple scrum teams and to manage the overarching delivery and release plan across multiple stakeholders.Malaga is our EMEA Centre of Excellence. Opened in 2022, we have grown the office to 36 heads, with plans to continue growth in line with client demand. Initially staffed with colleagues from Delivery, the office now plays host to teams from the GTM, Operations, R&D and Delivery departments. Further departmental expansion is expected including a representative from the People team. NB line management of individuals in each department remains within that department, this role is focussed upon the office culture, staff wellbeing and local representation.What you'll be doing.As Programme Manager:You will lead a portfolio of projects and/or programmes for global clients
