General PurposeEOLOS Floating Lidar Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to reinforce the Project Management Office (PMO) team.1.Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitieThe Project Manager ´s responsibility is the Project and client satisfaction.Main tasks include the following:CONTRACTIAL REQUIREMENTS- Make sure to understand and interiorize the contractual requirements of the Project (to be transferred by the Sales Manager)PROJECT OPERATIONSEnsure the Project calendar is strictly met.Ensure the Project requirements and specifications are strictly met (data to be delivered to client, formats, deadlines, etc).Lead project operations: transports, and offshore logistics, insurances, etc.Find, negotiate, coordinate and manage operational suppliers.Manage risk in relation to potential delays and/or extra costs.Keep track project's costs.Coordinate on-site and marine operations, and give on-site technical supportCUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPMain contact point towards client for reporting, sending data, client's inquiries, questions, complaints.Coordinate with EOLOS CONNECT responsible for data analysis and delivery to clientMake sure all documentation is delivered to the client on time.
Make sure EOLOS quality standard's with regards to procedures and documentation are met.Generate all necessary reporting in time.Collect customer feed-back of equipment operation and propose improvements to the product.DOCUMENTATION- Make sure all documentation related to the Project is up-to-date and available, including RAMS and non-conformities register.INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- Working according to an integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001)- Responsible for the HSSE during operations.2.Education and Experience requiredTechnical Degree (Engineering or similar).Minimum 3 years of experience in project management role or similar.Experience and knowledge in the wind energy sector.Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.Hands-on experience with maintenance of electromechanical systems3.SkillsTeam working.Troubleshooting.Versatile and open minded.Innovative/creative, solution oriented.Independence.Adaptability.Availability and willing to travel around the world.
