Keysight Network Emulation Solutions (NES) is operating in a dynamic, demanding, and fast-paced environment, with a market that is transitioning through multiple phases, and the pace at which customers are moving, is accelerating. As the market expands and matures we will augment our market-leading solutions to differentiate beyond being first, through the solution and value-added service offerings.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to help us with the Network Emulation Solutions (NES) - RnD Test App / Integration team organization.
You will be part of a talented Engineers group to enhance and develop core wireless protocol features for the 5G and LTE Test App toolset. Most of the development work is done in C++ in a Microsoft Windows environment primarily using MS Visual Studio as the main toolset.
This role requires both Wireless protocol knowledge and as well as Software & Automation development skills. Experience in integrating various software components from Multi-site teams as well as in System Engineering, configuring, debugging & troubleshooting complex hardware and software solutions are Key skillsets demanded in this role.
The integration team will verify new features meet customer requirements with high-quality standards and will use its advanced expertise supporting business opportunities. The integration team also helps on defining, develop, and validate Automation test cases to be included as part of our Quality standards.
**What you will be doing**:
- Engage with lower
- and upper-layers teams for new features integration. Support R&D issues and collaborations.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues, liaising with other teams to identify the root cause. Good system engineering skills are needed.
- Defining, developing and validating Automation test cases to be included as part of our Quality standards.
- Improve the quality of our products based on customer's & internal inputs.
- Creation of App notes to develop new Application features to support our sales channels to promote test solutions.
- Add value to the team adding RF, Automation and Application expertise in 5GNR & LTE technologies.

**Job Qualifications**:
- BS/MS Engineering degree or equivalent
- Good background in NR5G / LTE stack (L3 / L2 & L1 layers)
- Good Knowledge about 3GPP 5GNR technology & other cellular technologies (LTE, etc)
- Experience with 4G/5G mobile device testing and test equipment.
- Good system engineering skills, with problem solving and debugging experience, liaising with other teams to identify issues.
- Proven Automation programming solutions background.
- Engage with lower
- and upper-layers teams for new feature integration. Support R&D customer issues and collaborations.
- Enthusiastic attitude, willingness and desire to learn and develop. Exceptional team worker.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English is a must.
- The ability to work under pressure. Able to work independently and with high quality sta
