We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Internal Audit Department as Internal Audit Manager in our corporate headquarters in Rivas (Madrid), reporting directly to the Director of Internal Audit.As part of the Global Internal Audit team, you will perform the following activities:Lead the review of the financial, operational, and management information.Supervise the existence and maintenance of an appropriate and effective Internal Control System for Financial Reporting (SCIIF).Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management processes.Perform financial and process audits based on a risk assessment.Perform assessments of the degree of compliance with the policies and procedures established in the Group.Evaluate the level of compliance with external regulations applicable to the Group.Prepare corporate governance reports.Review the level of compliance with the internal codes of conduct.Monitor the 'Ethical Channel' within the Deoleo Group.You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:Minimum of 3 years' experience in Internal Audit departments or BIG 4 companies background.Specific knowledge of business process auditing, governance, risk management, and compliance.Strong knowledge of the Office package.Able to work with competing goals and resource priorities.Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively.Demonstrate ability to influence and good communication skills.Availability to travel to subsidiaries to conduct on-site audits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
