OverviewThe Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue and attaining their quota by selling the company's software and services to new customers in a designated territory or industry.What you will be doing- Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet/exceed established quota- Research and identify target customers in the Middle East region- Prospect and develop business relationships with potential customers- Leverage knowledge and experience to educate potential customers on the benefits of the company's solution- Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls- Support sales solution engineers in the development and presentation of software demonstrations to potential customers- Provide information and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process- Ensure effective transition of new prospects/end-users from pre-sale process to implementation; remain actively involved in process- Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis- Develop and maintain pipeline- Evaluate new lead prospects generated by sales associates and qualify as genuine sales opportunities, as appropriate- Actively contribute ideas to improve sales process and overall growth and quality of the sales team- Continue to grow knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trendsWhat will make you successful- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience- Experience in sales- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others- Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact- Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking- Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas- Up to 50% travel time required- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job#J-18808-Ljbffr
