Most importantly, it has built a super talented team of over 170 people in its headquarters in sunny Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLE:The PPC Expert is responsible for effective management of all Pay Per Click (PPC), Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video activity. This position reports directly to the Head of PPC and sits within the Marketing team, supported by a team of growth hackers from more than 7 countries. This role uses data to measure channel performance and determine how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing (Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns, including but not limited to: planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.2. Leading test and learn projects informing best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels, and testing trends. Scoping out and identifying new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance.3. Tracking and optimizing campaign ROI, managing budget, deadlines, and recommending modifications to ad spends and channel selection.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1. Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar position (highly valued in SaaS companies, ideally B2B and Lead generation).2. Proven tactical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data quickly – including hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.3. Experience in running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100K.4. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt.5. Hands-on in Copywriting and great design taste to ensure the brand and value proposition are communicated effectively to maximize conversion.6. Extensive experience managing paid search placements including SEM (text ads/PPC), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.7. Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and growth, embracing a continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control).8. Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.9.
