This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the livestock industry and veterinary clinic management.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for Clinics accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns proactively.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals.Strategic Account Planning:Follow the company's strategy.Control of the list of sales margins.Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for Clinic clients, outlining strategies to drive growth and maximize value.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans effectively, leveraging resources and expertise to deliver tailored solutions.Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Revenue Growth and Performance:Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Clinics.Set ambitious revenue targets for Clinics and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and inspire a team of account managers and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.Conduct regular training sessions and skill-building workshops to enhance the capabilities of the account management team.Contract Negotiation and Renewal:- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with Clinic clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.- Manage contract renewals and extensions, proactively addressing any concerns or issues to secure long-term partnerships.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Veterinary licensure is a plus.
(Preferable).Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within veterinary clinic management.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a dynamic and challenging environment
