We are looking for an experienced and creative 3D - Exhibition Stand Designer with strong visualisation and technical skills to join our creative team at Iventions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing compelling creative proposals for exhibitions stands and contributing to diverse projects. We are seeking an individual whose impressive 3D skills will captivate our clients and bring immediate value to our team. About Us Iventions is a renowned pan-European event agency specialising in sports hospitality, congresses, exhibitions, and MICE events. Based in Barcelona's business centre, our young, dynamic team includes 14 nationalities. We work with top-tier clients on high-profile projects, including the UEFA Champions League, Euroleague Basketball, FedEx, Solana, Mobile World Congress, and the Davis Cup Finals. Key Responsibilities Create groundbreaking design concepts for exhibition stand sector, and occasionally support in events proposals. Translate concepts into detailed high-quality 3D visuals and CAD floor plans. Express ideas through mood imagery, refining concepts, and inspiring others. Collaborate on exhibition stands projects as a core part of the creative team. Develop compelling creative presentations and pitches for client engagement. Build trust with cross-functional teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with production and technical teams to align with timelines and budgets. Qualifications 3-5 years in a similar role (ideally in an agency). Bachelor's degree in architecture, ephemeral architecture, retail interior design, 3D design, or a related field. Showcase expertise through a solid portfolio. Excellent proficiency in 3D rendering software. Ability to develop floorplan (CAD) drawings. Experience with major creative productions at a high level and scale. Understanding of brand experiences, user journey, and design at the highest level. Awareness of design costs and ability to work within budget constraints. High cultural awareness across art, design, music, and culture. Strong presentation skills. Drive for innovation, creating impactful work that makes a difference. Motivated to push creative boundaries while maintaining pragmatism. Strong understanding of the events industry and its technological advancements. Detail-oriented, you bring high-end design experience and a deep understanding of brand and consumer dynamics. Collaboration experience in multi-faceted teams. Full proficiency in English; any other language is aplus.
