You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll design, develop and put in place solutions to improve end-to-end logistic flows meeting QCDE (Quality Cost Delivery Environment and Health & Safety) targets in compliance with regional priorities (regarding warehousing design and material storage). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (warehouse, material planning), apply the best core practices to improve Logistics operations and much more.You'll specifically take care of developing warehouse strategies to contribute in the logistic operation efficiency improvement, but also defining logistic flows and material handling best practices in the site.We'll look to you for:Save money & cash (calculate Return On Investment (ROI), design standard packaging, reduce transport costs, ...) and make business case to justify any investment (returnable packaging, ...).Contribute with Regional Logistic Engineering to identify potential improvements in the whole value chain and capture the added value.Reduce work labor time in the warehouse (picking, kitting hours, ...) & in production.Design internal logistic processes and ensure that the parameters in the ERP are correct (stock strategy, activity-based costing (ABC) classification, ...).Put in place actions to align physical flow and system flow and to improve the stock accuracy in compliance with the standard process.Define warehouse layouts, its internal/external flows and storage policy (define C-class* storage management, create & implement mirror area, put in place visual management, Kanban flow, First-In First-Out, First-Expired First-Out, lean management, ...).Contribute to the implementation of Environment Health Safety (EHS) requirements for logistic: packaging solutions / warehouse process optimization / waste reduction & management.Optimize the line feeding (design standard kitting trolley, warehouse & production line footprint and sequencing, ...).All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
