2Nd Steward(Ess)

We are looking for a 2nd Stewardess to work in a team of 3 on the interior.
The candidate must have proven previous experience to be able to work under the chief and assist/teach the 3rd stewardess.
The sailing yacht is mostly private with some charters expected next summer.
The candidate must hold current ENG 1 and STCW, preferably in Europe, and be willing to start this month.
We are currently finishing our special survey and looking to head to the Caribbean in early January. We are planning to do worldwide cruising and head off the beaten track after the Med next summer.
The candidate is expected to assist with the rebuild after the refit and learn the boat. Crew requesting time off for Christmas will not be considered.
The candidate must be fit and healthy, as the owner is very active and enjoys the crew diving and hiking with the family.
We offer a 13th month salary and good crew medical insurance, 42.5 days of annual holiday, and 1 return flight provided per year.
We are a team-oriented boat with a good spirit. The candidate must be able to interact with guests and crew. Must be fit and healthy, non-smoker, and have minimal tattoos.
