Senior Analyst We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Group Audit People, Operations & Development (POD) team based in Barcelona.
As a Senior Analyst you will support on a portfolio of projects and work across a number of initiatives to build team capabilities, improve employee engagement, drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
Under the guidance of the POD Director and Manager, you will work closely with our Global teams and business stakeholders to identify alternatives of solutions, such as change initiatives, training programs and new ways of working.
You will be helping to implement improvements, as well as contributing toward our strategic goals for the future.
You will be interacting with various stakeholders and leveraging and further expanding your knowhow and expertise for Group Audit Operations.
What will be your challenge?
Support the development of the Group Audit People, Operations & Development agenda and delivery of ongoing initiatives – including preparing materials and communications, communicating and working with the wider team to implement such activities.
Help drive the operating rhythm by setting up and maintaining the Group Audit key dates and deliverables calendar and activity and progress overview.
Conduct trend and gap analysis and develop and implement process improvements based on the analysis performed.
Co-ordinate Group Audit Executive/Leadership Team Meeting Agendas and Workshops to support development of changes.
