The Company: Checkealos is a B2B, Software as a Service – Remote User Experience Testing Platform – based Company with headquarters in Sevilla. We are present primarily in Spain, the UK, and the USA. Join our growing, world-class Customer Success team! As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work alongside our CSMs to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive adoption, engagement, and retention for our clients. You will also collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure our customers get the most value out of Checkealos.
The Opportunity: As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers through their journey with Checkealos, helping them achieve their goals with our platform.
What You'll Do: Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions that help them make the most of our platform.
Assist in managing the customer experience from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the service.
Support Customer Success Managers with client communication, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive customer success and retention.
Help collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our product and services.
Provide guidance and best practices to help customers meet their goals, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
What We're Looking For: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support within a tech or SaaS company.
A solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) principles (highly valuable).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and work well cross-functionally.
Familiarity with project management and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple client accounts.
Bonus Points: Experience with SaaS platforms or in the technology sector.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to customer-focused initiatives.
A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
