Our client is looking for Customer Support Agents for an automotive and truck company that can assist with daily requests as well as with roadside assistance cases.
Your responsibilities and impact as a customer experience specialist will be: Be the point of contact with customers in advising, troubleshooting, and setting up their new products.
Identify, reply, and solve customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
Answer incoming calls concerning vehicle breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure, etc.)
and create appropriate cases in the CRM system.
Identify the customer, vehicle, location, and verify GOP coverage.
Guarantee client satisfaction and a high level of quality.
Ensure and participate in the success of the department.
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.
Native or near-native German speaker with excellent English.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.
Affinity or interest in the automotive industry.
Strong customer focus and readiness to help.
Highly reliable, adaptable, and a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work in fast-paced environments with a professional attitude.
