Close collaboration with project management and team leadership to implement day-to-day operations for Spanish & French speaking projects.2. Data analysis and statistical evaluations.3. Continuous control and monitoring of internal quality standards.6. Support in set-up and execution of continuous and ad hoc projects.7. Design of customized monitoring and improvement solutions.8. Cooperation with external service providers.9. Determination and preparation of key figures.Requirements1. French C1 minimum (fluent or native).2. Spanish C1 minimum (fluent or native).3. English level B2 at least C1 preferred.4. Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably: economics/sociology/engineering).5. Experience in customer service and project management minimum 3 years.6. Knowledge of market research an advantage.7. Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector an advantage.8. Ability to work in agile teams.9. Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence.10. Good communication skills within the team, with partners and customers.11. Organized and meticulous work ethic.12. High adherence to deadlines & ability to work on time.13. Analytical & holistic thinking.14.
