Senior Account and Customer Success Manager (Activation, Education, Support & Growth | Post Sales)
AudioStack is looking for a Senior Account and Customer Success Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience based in Barcelona, who wants to apply their excellent project and people management skills and experience to take their career to the next level. We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering the very best value and experience to enterprise customers.
This pivotal role involves deep audio technology product expertise, customer onboarding, training, management, and support. As part of our Customer Success team, you will act as a key representative of AudioStack, driving product adoption and satisfaction across all new customers globally. You will be responsible for seeding use cases and growing customers while guaranteeing a smooth onboarding/activation in the first months of a new customer and beyond.

What you will be doing
Product Expertise, Activation & Evangelization: Become a subject matter expert on AudioStack's AI audio product, understanding all features, functionalities, and workflows.
Learn about new features, constant product updates, and workflows and transfer that knowledge to existing customers.
Customer Onboarding, Activation and Education: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and structured introduction to the product.
Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and create educational materials to facilitate customer understanding and activation.
Develop and manage the AudioStack Academy, a comprehensive training program designed to educate and empower users.
Co-own the activation strategy, working across teams to drive customer engagement and product utilization during the first activation weeks to onboard and activate customers.
Post-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales process to demonstrate product capabilities and address potential customer queries when needed.
