2025 Global Private Bank - Advisor Analyst Training Program – Madrid

As an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Advisor Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll have what you need to succeed – from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that engage all your skills. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

Job responsibilities Work with our team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and to serve existing onesDeliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage and grow wealthUnderstand our clients' unique needs and tailor your approach to exceed expectations requiring work across teams and the firm to provide first-class service Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills An expected graduation date between June 2024 to September 2025Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutionsExceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskGenuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trendsDesire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentHighly inquisitive, focused and considerateGood judgment and discretion when working with confidential informationFluency in Spanish may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
