(1) Coordinating the Education Committee's activities in order to develop a standardized innovative education strategy for maritime and coastal studies, ensuring alignment with EUNICoast's goals.
(2) Overseeing the design and implementation of transnational curricula, including microcredentials, joint degrees, master's programmes, and lifelong learning activities, with a view to ensuring the European values, SDGs, and multilingual, interdisciplinary learning are included.
(3) Collaborating with EUNICoast's Quality Assurance Office to monitor the effectiveness of education models and programmes, assess progress, and ensure compliance with European higher education standards.
(4) Supporting strategic leadership in capacity-building initiatives for academic and non-academic staff, ensuring educators are equipped to deliver flexible, digital, and inclusive learning models that address the future needs of island, ports, and coastal territories.
