JOB DESCRIPTION
The Group Badalona Applied Research Group in Oncology (B·ARGO) is seeking a senior postdoctoral researcher to lead the coordination of research lines on urological tumors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and coordinate research projects focused on the biology and treatment of urological tumors.Conduct experiments using cell cultures and molecular biology techniques.Supervise multidisciplinary research teams and promote collaboration between institutions.Manage the acquisition of competitive national and international funding.Publish results in high-impact scientific journals.Participate in outreach and training activities for knowledge transfer.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEPhD in Biomedicine, Medicine, or related fields.Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.More than 5 years of proven experience in research on urological tumors.Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in cell culture techniques and molecular biology techniques.Scientific leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary and multicenter projects.Demonstrated success in securing public and private funding.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other groups.WHAT WE OFFERIndefinite contract (contrato indefinido por actividades científico-técnicas, ley de la ciencia 14/2011).Start date: January 2, 2025.Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.Flexible payment (childminding vouchers).23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters + 2 days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas.Training capsules by the company.Be part of an excellent multidisciplinary research centre with the HRS4R badge.Location on the Can Ruti Campus, a first-class translational research environment in the Barcelona area, in a very stimulating scientific environment.The IGTP offers a supportive, friendly and collaborative ecosystem to promote professional development and help you achieve your research goals.
