- PhD in Biomedicine, Medicine, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
- More than 5 years of proven experience in research on urological tumors.
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in cell culture techniques and molecular biology techniques.
- Scientific leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary and multicenter projects.
- Demonstrated success in securing public and private funding.
