As a member of the Services Solutions Practice, the L2 Support Specialist will fulfil a supporting role within the business unit. You will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence, and will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
