What will you do? Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.
Lograr el Plan de Ventas y generación de ingresos del departamento: planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción, y formará al equipo para la venta.
Organizar y coordinar los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar.
Controlar costes: gestionar los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente.
Gestionar plantillas: se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo.
Controlar la calidad del servicio prestado ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instrucciones del/de la Maitre.
What are we looking for? Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma.
Se valorará buen manejo de ofimática.
