The Business Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Spain, responsible for strategically working inbound leads, alongside completing outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.YOUR IMPACT- Research and tenaciously follow up new opportunities via the phone and web.- Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.- Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients that show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts.- Connect quickly, in large volume, within the regional enterprise market in order to penetrate and drive business for the Wellhub expansion in Spain.- Be able to pitch and explain a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts.- Consistently crush your monthly validated opportunity quota.- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcome working in an international context.- Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player.- Understand that their success is not enough, and that the success of an entire team and of those around you, is what sustains profitable growth.- Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan.- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.WHO YOU ARE- Proven experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or account management.- Aptitude and drive to expand knowledge and skills in sales development.- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.- Ambitious and tenacious metrics-driven self-starter.- Positive attitude and team spirit.- Entrepreneurial mindset.- Extremely coachable and adaptable to change.- Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life.- You speak fluently and confidently Spanish, and English. Castellano, Catalan and/or Portuguese is a plus.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently
