.Principal Product Manager, EU Fleet Supply ChainJob ID: 2730871 | Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. - J27We are searching for a talented Principal Product Manager to enable the success of the EU Global Fleet Program within the high-growth, fast-paced Amazon Logistics organization.You will be responsible for leading all product-related initiatives to introduce new processes for long, medium, and short-term planning, including related vehicle procurement and supply chain downstream decisions, impacting significant investment. You will ultimately be responsible for building the right capacity to deliver peak demand whilst ensuring target fleet utilization is achieved and cost optimized.You will drive product design, development, and testing for the EU Amazon Logistics fleet in partnership with tech teams by leveraging statistical modelling, machine learning pipelines, deterministic algorithms, and the integration with key partner organizations. You will monitor and identify important changes in upstream forecasts assumptions and business strategies, streamlining the overall planning and decision cycle to achieve the optimal trade-off between cost and Service Partners experience.Key job responsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable fleet planning modelling.Integrate closely with finance business partners to ensure plans are efficient and meet Peak demand.Define and own Fleet Demand forecasting accuracy metric.Be accountable for the timely "buy in" from VP and senior stakeholders about the significant Fleet CAPEX investment and OPEX decisions.Consolidate input from a different set of stakeholders and ensure fleet plans consume the latest assumptions.Drive the transition to electrification and integration of MoT into Fleet Requirement Planning.Extend process to new business customer organization and countries to be launched over the next years.About the teamThe EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Fleet Planning, Analytics (FPA) operates within Global Fleet & Products, and is responsible for the EU AMZL fleet requirement definition to source Armada/Rentals, short-term deployment scheduling, business intelligence, and analytics support, with the north star to scale fleet capacity efficiently.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience in technical product management, program management or engineeringExperience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience with end to end product deliveryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1. Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements2.
