.Role Purpose: The Business Intelligence & Operations Specialist is a key role to support excellence and efficiency within the Sales team.This role enables flawless processes, smooth business execution, and effective tools functioning.The role will consist of two main parts and sets of responsibilities: 1) Business operations support 2) Data analysis, maintenance, and support.Key Responsibilities: This role has a significant impact on the performance of the team and execution excellence, driving several important topics:Business Operations Support: Rhythm of the business management: scheduling, preparation, follow-up communications (Sales ROB, ORBs)Pipeline data quality management, pipeline hygiene/health maintenance (MSX)Regular communications support: design, preparation, sending out, and follow-up on questionsDecrements control and analysis of their impact on the businessKey reports data quality management: raise technical tickets in case of errors, follow up on resolutionPreparation for monthly/quarterly business reviews with subsidiariesCollaborate across a range of internal teams supporting day-to-day operations and ROB (e.G., ROC, Delivery, etc
