Capgemini is currently looking for an experienced Security Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will support and participate in some of our clients' projects related to Identity and Access Management, demonstrating expertise in multiple security domains, including Cloud Security, Design and Operation of IAM solutions, and Integrations, among others. You will also support and facilitate the operations of our clients' security systems, providing support and training on best practices to their internal teams and technology partners.
What will you do in the project?Work with Clients' Infosec teams and IAM teams to achieve alignment between information security and business objectives.Be involved and add value to an important IAM Deployment project of one of our clients, involving Cloud Security solutions.Collaborate with clients to design and implement robust security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Minimum RequirementsTo feel comfortable in the position, you need to have:
3+ years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with 2+ years within an IAM solutions deployment team.A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Network & Systems Administration.Deep knowledge of IAM and cloud security practices, tools, and processes.Desirable certifications related to Identity and Access Management. Added value: certifications related to Sailpoint such as:SailPoint Certified IdentityNow ProfessionalSailPoint Certified IdentityQ AssociateSailPoint Certified IdentityNow EngineerSailPoint Certified IdentityIQ EngineerIntegrity and the ability to handle confidential matters.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language is also mandatory.
