What do we expect you to develop when you are here?- Advising clients on sustainability projects, calculating and reducing carbon footprints, preparing ESG plans, aligning with sustainable development objectives, and preparing non-financial and sustainability reports.- Advising companies on the implementation and maintenance of management systems, mainly in environment (ISO 14001, EMAS), quality (ISO 9001), and social responsibility.We tell you what profile we are looking for:Graduate, preferably in environmental sciences or another technical specialty.Minimum experience of 5 years performing the required tasks in a consulting company or as a freelancer.Previous experience in the field of consulting.Experience in projects related to sustainability (diagnostics, ESG plans, carbon footprint, equality plans, criminal compliance, sustainability reports, etc.).Postgraduate/master's degree in sustainability or social responsibility.Essential to have an intermediate level of English.Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a clear customer orientation and high communication skills.Proactive, versatile, and creative.Ability to work in a team.Important to have a driving license and your own car.Why would you want to join Baker Tilly?- Be part of a first-class team of professionals in a firm in continuous growth.- Ability to telecommute 3 days a week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
