We're looking for a strategic and passionate HR Development Officer to join our team, focusing on talent development and Talent Management System to help our workforce grow and succeed in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:1.
Talent programs:- Develop and evaluate career progression programs to support internal mobility and smooth transitions.- Collaborate with department heads to address talent gaps and develop targeted growth programs.2.
Talent Management & Career Path Development:- Analyse employee career paths, ensuring alignment with business needs.- Create and update job descriptions based on responsibilities and organizational changes.3.
Skills Management Program:- Support the creation and promotion of a skills management culture across the organization.- Assist in defining a GAP Analysis methodology and oversee its implementation to identify skill shortages.4.
Talent Management Life Cycle:- Align talent management strategies with company objectives.- Collaborate with HR Operations to assess and improve talent management processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.- Provide guidance to managers on evaluating employee skills and performance, supporting continuous improvement and development.- Act as an ambassador and trainer for the company's Talent Management Life Cycle, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across departments.- Continuously assess and optimize talent management tools and practices.5.
Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Climate Surveys:- Design and implement employee satisfaction surveys to gauge organizational climate.- Analyse survey results and provide actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.6.
Tools & Systems Development:- Develop and improve internal tools for employee evaluation, promotion, and skills tracking.- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure HR tools meet evolving organizational needs.Ideal Profile :Education & Experience:Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in HR development or talent management
