We don't believe in the 'one size fits all' approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.JOB PURPOSEIf you are eager to support the HR team with initiative and proactivity, and excited to tackle various HR-related topics while providing support to Spain and Italy, speaking both languages, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEEmployee Records Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR executives.Policy and Procedure Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts.Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation.Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime.Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.HR Projects Coordination: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDEducation: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English.Previous HR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.SkillsCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
