JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a CSP & Marketing Manager to join our team at the central offices in Barcelona.
It's a great opportunity to manage the growth of our brands in the Home Care category.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Collaborate with the Spain CSP HC Lead to define the short, medium, and long-term strategy for the company's brands within the assigned category, focusing on the point of sale.
Adapt the generic category strategic plan for each channel, identifying key needs for each channel : Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Discounter channel.
Activate it through key trade marketing levers (assortment, promotion, and in-store activation).
Set, analyze, and post-evaluate KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans.
Work closely with the accounts team to define activation plans according to the needs of each channel and client.
Define and control the brand strategy and activation plan .
Ensure excellence and flawless execution of category promotional plans.
Ensure excellence and flawless execution at the point of sale for the developed activation plans.
Monitor product stock for each brand, coordinating all necessary manipulations to meet customer service needs, in collaboration with the logistics team.
Manage the Trade Marketing budget for the HC category.
Analyze and monitor the HC market , identifying key players, pillars, and activation levers crucial for market growth.
Collaborate with key suppliers to activate previously defined plans: design agencies, printers, in-store activation agencies, direct marketing agencies, etc.
Define and conduct market studies necessary to formulate the new category strategy.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
+4 years of professional experience in a similar role in trade marketing, marketing or sales.
Business-oriented mindset with a mastery of the company's Profit and Loss (P&L).
Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Skills Strong project and people management skills.
Responsible individual with initiative, capable of handling a high level of complexity in day-to-day operations.
Demonstrated experience and passion for growth and teamwork.
Autonomous in managing projects end-to-end.
