Agilus is recruiting for a Project Director in the Construction Industry in a hybrid work environment in GTA, Ontario.The Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, ensuring that they are completed with the highest quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and leadership of the project teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders. The Project Director will work closely with senior management, clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to lead the project life cycle from pre-con to completion.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of infrastructure and industrial projects.Oversee project team members, including Sr. Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.Implement risk management strategies to address potential project issues and delays.Conduct regular project updates, presentations, and site visits with clients and stakeholders.Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance and quality control procedures to meet project standards.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the project team.Successful candidates will have:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.10-15 years of experience within the civil or industrial sector, completing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects from conception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.PMP or P.Eng will be considered an asset.You'll receive:Lucrative base salary commensurate with experience.Direct pension contribution.Top-tier benefits.Fantastic company culture.Let's connect!
