32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (8.30 - 3.30)
Grade D, points 3 to 4 (actual salary: £17177 to £17462 pa)

Elizabeth Woodville School is an aspirational and inclusive 11-18 comprehensive school with approximately 1100 students. Our school is located on two sites: Roade in Northamptonshire and Deanshanger on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire.
We are looking to appoint a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 supporting a year 8 student at Roade campus. You will work with school staff and students providing learning support.
Minimum Requirements:
Some SEND experience and an interest in flexible learning methods.
Commitment to promoting self-esteem.
Experience working with young people in the 11 - 16 age range is desired.
A good standard of literacy and numeracy, GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
The successful candidate will:
Have SEND experience - working with young people.
Be approachable and flexible.
Be committed to promoting self-esteem.
Meet the person specification and be required to apply for a DBS disclosure.
Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Training and development opportunities will be offered. All staff are encouraged to study further, and the trust will actively support staff to obtain relevant further qualifications where possible.
