TasksBuild and deploy machines according to specifications, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and adherence to security standards.Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Monitor and maintain machine inventory, including tracking and documenting hardware and software changes.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure hardware and software components as needed.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to machine deployment and IT support.RequirementsProven experience in building and deploying machines in an enterprise IT environment.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
