JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service: Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their dining experience at the restaurant is enjoyable. Order Taking: Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring to understand guests' preferences and offering recommendations when necessary. Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, following the hotel's presentation and quality standards. Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with all items on the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and options to accommodate guests' dietary needs. Work Area Maintenance: Keep service areas clean and tidy at all times, including table setup, replenishment of supplies, and equipment cleaning. Team Coordination: Work closely with other members of the service and kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and a harmonious experience for guests. Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety protocols and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment and the quality of food served. Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Friendly attitude and customer service-oriented. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. Basic language skills, especially English and Spanish, are preferred.
