Your responsibilities: manage the accommodation for one or more events on behalf of one or more organizing clients or manage relationships with hotels, whilst negotiating and contracting rooms for large events in Barcelona and across EMEA with the fairest conditions available for the event organiser draw up proposals and quotes adapted to the needs of participants sending of commercial proposals dealing with clients' requests (groups or individuals) dealing with clients' special requests resolve participants' problems in conjunction with partners draw up contracts payment chasing follow up invoicing Profile: An operational profile with excellent written and oral communication skills 3 years' experience in a similar position or relevant experience & knowledge in hotel reservation & contracting (IE: an Accommodation Project Manager or Hotel Reservation Manager) A good knowledge of hotels and of the B2B Event (MICE) industry. Local market & industry know-how Adaptability & versatility, patience, rigor & precision Fluent English (oral and written) is a must plus another foreign language is highly appreciated Perfect command of Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,…) What we offer ??
