Human Resources Internship - Kimpton Vividora Barcelona - (Barcelona)

Empresas: Kimpton Vividora Barcelona What's the internship?: As Human Resources intern you'll be helping the team in any query they might have and support the department in all the areas. You'll be supervised by the People & Culture Director. Your day-to-day: - Assist new team members with the documents required. - Assist the new team members with their orientation day. - Create and post job positions in different job portals. - Assist job fairs and school workshops. - Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement. - Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. - Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. Requisitos : What we need from you: - Currently studying HR, Tourism & Hosptality or related field. - Possibility to sign an internship agreement with the school, for at least 4 months. - Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. - Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
