As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our dining establishments, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. JOB DESCRIPTION: Guest Greeting: Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor, assisting with seating arrangements and providing information about menu options and specials. Reservation Management: Manage restaurant reservations, including taking bookings over the phone, through email, or in-person, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Seating Coordination: Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and ensure an even distribution of guests throughout the dining area. Guest Assistance: Provide assistance and information to guests throughout their dining experience, including answering questions about the menu, special requests, and dietary restrictions. Waiting List Management: Maintain a waiting list during peak hours, keeping guests informed of estimated wait times and managing seating priorities accordingly. Communication with Service Team: Communicate effectively with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations and timely seating of guests. Maintaining the Lobby Area: Ensure that the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming, with appropriate signage and promotional materials displayed as needed. Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a focus on guest interaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
