Location: BarcelonaStarting date: ASAP What about us?Dragons Group is an independent creative agency specialised in the digital world with HQs in Barcelona and teams working from the US, UK, Madrid, Germany and Portugal.We bridge the real world with the digital world through creative solutions.We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our great team based in Barcelona and support different clients within the beauty, skincare and healthcare sector.Responsibilities:• Executing mid to high-complexity briefs• Ensuring content is created with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility.• Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled.• Supporting the Creative and Art director on mid to high-complexity briefs• Ensuring the brief is fully understood before any work starts.• Understanding all technical specifications supplied by media agencies.• Ensuring all elements like reference files, brand assets, fonts etc. have been supplied by producer/PM/AM before commencing work on a brief. If not, flagging any missing assets ASAP• Quality check of all assets before sending to content creator for final QC.• Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec and on brand.• Supporting the project/account manager and producer in the final upload of assets.Requirements:• 2+ years of experience working as a graphic designer within a digital creative agency (or similar)• Proficient in Adobe CC• Core understanding of brand design and brand guidelines• Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief• Ability to deliver mid to high complexity briefs on time• Knowledge of all the major digital channels and social media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications• Ability to work fast and under pressure• Ability to work collaboratively• Time management skillsLanguages• Spanish (mandatory)• English (recommended)• Any other language is a plus.What we offer • Flat hierarchy• Friendly, young and dynamic team• Family friendly company• Work equipment as needed for role• Functioning work-life balance.
