They will responsible for quality review of all staff deliverables.Special projects and internal projects will also be assigned on an as needed basis by Engagement Managers and Principals.Projects cover a variety of subject matter topics including :Compliance Consulting (Programmatic design and implementation, business needs and risk assessments, benchmarking, and industry best practicesCommercial Operations and Business Process Enhancement (HCP / O engagement process design, operations, process transformation and support of technology rollouts)Auditing and Monitoring (live monitoring, transactional and data analysis, compliance auditing)Special projects and internal projects will also be assigned on an as needed basisResponsibilitiesSupport and lead consulting projectsLead clients in business workshops and interviewsDevelops project deliverables which could include data analyses and reports, process reviews and assessments, policies, and SOPs etc.Develop, articulate, and present ideas and opinionsManage and take accountability for projectsProvide mentorship for junior staff membersDevelop relationships with clients and identify future opportunitiesCreate project deliverables with some oversight by senior staffSupport in growing the organizationOther duties as assignedSkills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a track record of success across most of the following competencies :Client Relationship Delivery Day-to-day owner of client delivery within leading Life Sciences organizations, focused on client satisfaction and outstanding client deliverables.Analytical Problem-Solving - Applies an analytical approach to solving problems and reaching logical conclusions.
