TasksYour responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Accountant Manager will be:
Direct client engagement, ensuring timely delivery of all servicesReview and oversee reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and other client-requested informationLead and manage team activities for efficient service deliveryTrain and mentor team membersOrganize resources to meet client demands effectivelyBe part of the hiring process and make strategic decisionsMonitor team productivity and project profitabilityContribute to business development strategyServe as the main liaison between the CoE and Forvis Mazars partners and colleagues RequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or related fieldYou have strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and TaxYou have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a multinational working environmentYou have proven experience in team managementYou have excellent ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and Excel skillsYou have a native or bilingual level of French and a proficiency level in EnglishYou have strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
