At ISP we continue to engage with schools around the world that are interested in becoming part of our global group of schools and look forward to welcoming more students and staff to the group.About the RoleWorking closely with the Proof-of-Concept Programme, the ISP iSAMS/NetSuite Trainer will be part of a team of regional trainers successfully delivering training both onsite and online to new and existing schools on the end to end MIS/NetSuite solution. To support training to national and international schools, the role holder will be required to fluently deliver training in both English and Spanish. The role will also involve maintaining and developing training materials.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain schools on the iSAMS/NetSuite solution. Assist with the system configuration and set up to ensure the system best fits their needs.Work with the Programme Implementation team to design training programmes responding to the individual school requirements based on the implementation plan and roll out approach agreed with them.Work with existing schools to ensure they are getting the optimum out of the iSAMS MIS and NetSuite platforms.Deliver training both onsite and online to groups and on a one-to-one basis.Assist with the development of new training courses and materials including user guides and videos.Assist with the training of new and existing school staff, including provision of refresher training.Evaluate the success of training delivery and use feedback to adapt and improve future training, both content and delivery.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the iSAMS & NetSuite product and system developments (features/functionality/products/services)
