Forecast Accuracy and On Time Delivery with SuppliersHis / her responsibilities will be :End to end Supplier Management of assigned suppliers.Ensure contractual obligations are met.Monthly update of the purchasing plan and long-term forecast following company targetsStrict monitoring of purchase orders, deliveries, availability,and inventoriesSupport elaboration and maintenance of Annual invoice plan.Invoices / payments and incidences monitoring following with finance.Regular meetings with suppliers to monitor KPIs performance and review operational issues.- Inventory management of assigned suppliers / products in logistics central warehouses ensuring optimal inventory levels by SKU of assigned suppliers / products.- Proactive collaboration in area processes reengineering to improve the efficiency and automatization of the organization.LocationThe role is based in MadridReports and organization structureThe buyer will report to Global Supply Supervisor in Spain.Candidate profileExperiences and Qualifications- University Degree, preferably Graduate or bachelor's in business, Engineering or Analytics.- 2 years of experiences in similar position- Advanced level on Microsoft Office especially in excel.- Spanish and English . Very high level on both languages.
