To manage and assure the overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety and Environment systems in the mixed lab, factory, and office environments in DSM-Firmenich in Spain.

Your key responsibilitiesDrive the development of a strong safety culture and the execution of Dsm-Firmenich QHS&E strategy.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental regulations and group requirements.Conduct risk assessments, audits, reviews, and investigations of incidents/accidents.Set up preventive and corrective action plans as well as continuous improvement plans.Provide training to all affiliate personnel.Provide support to Quality and Food Safety systems.Establish effective working relationships with all local management to promote, encourage, and sustain a genuine commitment to effective HS&E management. You bringMS degree preferably in Chemistry/Food Technology.At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Chemical, Pharma, or Food industry.Qualified in Spanish HS&E Certification for "Superior Technician in Labor Risks Prevention" in 3 fields (security, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics).Fluent in English and Spanish.Open to travel in Spain.Interpersonal and people skills as well as good communication and presentation skills.Be a pragmatic and independent leader.Encourage and sustain a real passion and commitment to world class QHS&E performance.
