¿Qué harás?:
Understand the business capabilities of system (Mobile iOS and Android Applications) to provide digital functionality and technology expertise in support of business-side design and implementation using web experience platform.Lead, conduct and facilitate cross-organization meetings with technology and business teams directed at obtaining solutions to system and business problems.Maintain an open communication line with Solutions development team to seamlessly absorb business requirement information from requirement capturing to delivery and support.Leading assessment and business requirement documentation through a structured discovery process to prioritize business needs with product owners.Deliver business requirements via artefacts such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, UI, UX storyboards that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements.Document requirements and provide inputs for web page, content, design and prototyping of overall UI / UX web and mobile front end.Work with Technology Leader, Product Owners, and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on solution delivery plan.Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams inside a Scrum framework.Monitor problem solving initiatives and resolve complex issues which includes risk mitigation plan proposal and implementation.Handle multiple projects with cross functional teams and business processes.Manage issues requiring escalation related to performance and system stability.Competency development knowledge sharing within the Solution delivery team.¿A quién buscamos?:
3 - 5 years of experience working within Agile and/or SCRUM environment as a Business Analyst.Experience with Mobile App development and UI/UX on iOS, Android devices.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MBA with experience in Information Systems, Business, or another related field.Experience with project management tools (ex. Jira, Confluence, Visio) and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred to have CBAP, CCBA, CALBA certifications.¿Qué ofrecemos?:
